Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Tingo ("the Service"), operated by Big Tree Little Tree LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

Description of Service

Tingo is a social game platform similar to bingo, provided for entertainment purposes. The Service is currently free to use, though we may offer premium features or subscriptions in the future.

Account Registration

To use Tingo, you must:

  • Create an account using a supported authentication provider (Google, Facebook, or Apple)
  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Be at least 13 years of age

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

User Conduct

When using Tingo, you agree NOT to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Impersonate another person or entity
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Tingo, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Big Tree Little Tree LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without permission
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
  • Remove or alter any copyright or proprietary notices

User Content

Any content you create or share through Tingo remains your property. However, by using the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content as necessary to operate and improve the Service.

Premium Features

We may offer premium features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases in the future. If we do:

  • Pricing will be clearly displayed before purchase
  • Payments will be processed through secure third-party payment processors
  • Subscriptions may be cancelled according to the terms provided at time of purchase
  • Refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Defects will be corrected
  • The Service is free from viruses or harmful components

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BIG TREE LITTLE TREE LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

  • Your use or inability to use the Service
  • Unauthorized access to your account or data
  • Any conduct or content of third parties on the Service

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Big Tree Little Tree LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any rights of another person or entity

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Tingo at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected] and requesting account deletion.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts located in Kentucky.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Big Tree Little Tree LLC regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements.
